We hope that you will be fully satisfied with our product. However, you may return new item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Include proof of purchase with the returned item.
The items should be returned undamaged in original packaging. No refund for shipping applies and no refund for purchase price will apply for damaged or used condition items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of the item which should be shipped by recognized shipper with delivery confirmation notice.
We will notify you via email, should you supply a current email address, of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
